During the workshop you will receive:

- A guided, step-by-step process on how to make fermented foods

- Tasting throughout the workshop

- 3 recipes per lesson

- Samples of all the recipes made in the lesson to take home

After the workshop you will receive:

- Printable recipes to be received by email

- Support after the lesson to ask me 3 questions related to the class

I offer two options: a group workshop or a personalised workshop.

Groups are great for beginners who are new to fermentation and medicinal foods, and want an easy-going introduction on how to make delicious natural products.

Personalised workshops include a pre-workshop consultation to help identify specific foods and recipes that can serve your personal needs, as well as a post-workshop follow-up where any questions or additional guidance can be offered.
