After the workshop you will receive:

I offer two options: a group workshop or a personalised workshop.
Groups are great for beginners who are new to fermentation and medicinal foods, and want an easy-going introduction on how to make delicious natural products.
Personalised workshops include a pre-workshop consultation to help identify specific foods and recipes that can serve your personal needs, as well as a post-workshop follow-up where any questions or additional guidance can be offered.
